The Polo Beach Club Owners Association has announced that the Polo Beach Club property and grounds are now non-smoking areas. Guests and owners staying at the property may not smoke anywhere on the property including all common areas, the elevators, the lanais, pool and jacuzzi area, and the barbeque area. If owners and guests want to smoke, they must either smoke inside the unit (this is only allowed if it is a smoking unit) or outside the grounds of the Polo Beach Club. Smoking is not allowed outside on any of the lanais. This non-smoking regulation will be enforced immediately by the Owners Association.
