72-luxury suites set among 15-acres of beautifully landscaped gardens. Each suite has a living room, bedroom, equipped kitchenette, bath & private lanai. Japanese-style bathrooms feature a deep soaking tub with adjacent open shower, a parquet floor, and a high-tech, bidetlike toilet with a warm seat. For fresh-air privacy, louvered wood screens can be unfolded between living/dining rooms and lanais instead of, or in addition to, sliding screen and glass doors. All rooms are rated Deluxe because of the extraordinary views from their lanais (patios or balconies) of grounds, gardens, mountain stream, koi-and-lily-pad pond, and ocean. Though all units lanais face the ocean, views are not identical. Where units are located on the resort's grounds and whether they're ground floor or second (top) floor determines the category.

Garden View - Units are toward the top of the hill on which the resort is built, farthest from the ocean.

Partial Ocean View - Units are on the ground floor of buildings nearer the ocean.

Ocean View - Units are on the second floor of buildings nearer the ocean.
