Each of the spacious Suites feature a minimum of 840 sq ft of luxurious living space including one bedroom, extra large Italian marble bathroom with deep soaking tub, separate living room with full entertainment system, and a large furnished lanai.

Just steps from Polo Beach, the private Villas offer the ultimate in location, comfort, and family convenience. Two level Villas are available in Ocean Front and Ocean View locations and provide between 1800-2200 sq ft of luxurious living space, featuring a private courtyard with plunge pool and barbeque. Villa floor plans include two or three bedrooms, a full gourmet kitchen, extra large Italian marble bathroom with deep soaking tub, separate living room/dining room with full entertainment system, high speed internet access, fax machine, washer & dryer.

One-Bedroom suite ~ Spacious one bedroom suites feature a minimum of 840 sq feet of luxurious living space including one bedroom, extra large Italian marble bathroom with deep soaking tub and walk in shower, separate living room with full entertainment system, and large furnished lanai (patio). Each suite offers a wet bar, microwave oven, coffee maker and compact refrigerator in the foyer.

There are 413 spacious one bedroom suites in the resort which are categorized by view. Ocean views can be enjoyed from 75% of suites and villas.

Bed Types: Either one king size bed or two double beds are in each suite. The only exception is our Kilohana Premier Suite which is available with only one king bed. A double bed sofa sleeper is also available in the livingroom area of each suite.

SUITE CATEGORIES:
Kilohana Premier Suite: Spacious corner suite with spectacular panoramic ocean view, 1000-1200 sq ft including spacious wrap around furnished lanai. This is our most popular suite, perfect for romantic getaways!

Fairmont Deluxe Ocean View Suite: Spectacular full view of ocean, 840 square feet including furnished lanai.

Fairmont Ocean View Suite: Partial or angled view of ocean from within the suite, 840 square feet including furnished lanai.

Fairmont Pool Side Suite: Lawn level suite offering easy access to upper lagoon pool, 840 square feet including furnished lanai. This suite is very popular with families with young children.

Fairmont Suite: Scenic tropical garden or mountain view of Mount Haleakala crater, 840 square feet including furnished lanai.

Standard Suite: Overlooking landscaped driveway entrance or side street of resort, 840 square feet including furnished lanai.
